or PDF version of the document. Make sure the entire receipt or invoice is visible and well-lit when snapping photos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"margin-top:25px;margin-bottom:15px;font-size:25px;font-weight:600\">Problem: Documents Not Publishing to Xero<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cause:<\/strong> Your Xero Hubdoc connection may have expired or your session timed out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Fix:<\/strong> Go to Settings, disconnect Xero, and reconnect it. Review flagged duplicates and delete the extra copy.
